The Pa-Hin Lodge officially was chartered in 1977, after combining four existing lodges in the Northern Lights Council into a single Lodge. Each lodge has a totem and is given a particular name, often stemming from the local tribes in the area. “Pa-Hin” is a Lakota word meaning “porcupine,” in which the animal also serves as our totem.

Pay Your Order of the Arrow Dues Online Today!
Registration is open to pay your 2026 OA dues or purchase a season pass! Regular membership is $20 and the 2026 Season Pass is $120 (available for purchase until February 28).
The biggest reason to pay OA dues is to remain an active member of the organization. As an active member, you will have the opportunity to become a Brotherhood or Vigil Honor member, attend events, help with service projects, run for official positions and seek leadership opportunities within the Lodge. Your lodge also supports many other activities that are part of our mission to provide service to others. Your dues help build and sustain ceremonial outfits, pay for camp improvements, and support other programs. Thank you in advance for supporting your lodge and council!
Arrowmen also have the option to purchase a Season Pass, which covers your 2026 dues and admission to all 2026 lodge events! Season pass holders will SAVE $80 over paying normal event registration fees. This means that even if you miss 2 events this year, you are still saving money when buying the season pass. The Season Pass does not cover any other OA events not listed (such as Section Conclave or other national events).
About the OA
For over 100 years, the Order of the Arrow (OA) has recognized Scouts and Scouters who exemplify the Scout Oath and Law daily. The OA is Scouting’s National Honor Society. As an integral part of Scouting America, the OA delivers peer-led advanced leadership experiences that help to build lifelong bonds through service and enrich each member’s Scouting journey. OA members are defined by the fellowship they share, service to others, commitment to personal growth, and self-driven initiative to make a difference in their community.
Upcoming LEC Meetings
The Lodge Executive Committee is made up of Lodge officers, Lodge committee chairmen, and representatives from each chapter (usually the chapter chief). The LEC typically meets monthly on the second Sunday of the month at 7:00 PM Central Time via Zoom.
These meetings are where key decisions are made regarding operations for the rest of the year. Only youth members get a vote. Other non-voting members of the LEC include all Lodge associate advisers, chapter advisers, and the Supreme Chief of the Fire (Scout Executive). If you are interested in seeing an LEC meeting, please contact the Lodge Chief.
