Adventure, Snow, and Scouting Spirit! Get ready for an unforgettable winter experience at Camp Wilderness Winter Camp! Whether you’re building camaraderie over broomball, exploring snowy trails on skis, or warming up in one of our cozy buildings, there’s something for everyone. Lodging fees are charged per unit. Program registration fees are charged per participant.

Registration for 2027 opens on September 15, 2026.

Fees:

· Lodging fees are charged per unit -see below.

· Meal Plan (food-service weekends): $35 per person (4 meals).

· ROMP Registration: Weekend Participants $75 per person, plus unit cabin fee. Day Only: $45 per person

· Polar Cub Camp Registration: Weekend Participants $75 per person, plus unit cabin fee. Day Only: $45 per person

· Cosmic Sledding: $20 per person (included with ROMP and Polar Cub registrations).

· Holiday Monday Extension: $35 per person, including three additional meals and one extra night.

$100 deposit per unit is due at the time of booking.

All fees are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival

Winter “Surthriveal” excursion
Don’t just survive winter. Thrive in it!

Learn the skills needed to stay comfortable, confident, and capable in the winter wilderness. From cold-weather camping to outdoor survival techniques, Scouts will build skills through hands-on activities and real-world experience.

Choose your challenge:

Tier 1: Learn essential winter outdoor skills.
Tier 2: Spend a night outdoors near your cabin.
Tier 3: Trek to an outpost site and camp overnight using your winter skills.
Offered during ROMP weekends.

ROMP

Wilderness ROMP is an event only for Scouts BSA Troops. This event is at Camp Wilderness and is a day to learn winter survival skills! Sledding, skiing & snowshoeing will also be available. Weekend Participants $75 per person, plus unit cabin fee. Day Only: $45 per person

POLAR CUB

Polar Cub at Camp Wilderness is a day filled with winter fun only for Cub Scout Packs. Join us for a Cardboard Box Race, sledding, skiing & snowshoeing, ice fishing, broomball, curling, snow golf, snow sculpture making, and much more! Weekend Participants $75 per person, plus unit cabin fee. Day Only: $45 per person

COSMIC Sledding

Cosmic Sledding at Camp Wilderness is an evening of fun with dazzling lights and music, along with hot Coco and Smore’s. $10 per person, Included with the ROMP and Polar Cub Registrations.
