Join Us for a Council-Wide Day of Conservation on June 13, 2026!
This June, Scouts across our council are coming together for a unified Day of Service focused on conservation. Units are encouraged to partner with local conservation organizations and complete hands-on projects that protect and improve our natural spaces. By coordinating projects on the same day across the council, we aim to create a visible, meaningful impact in our communities and to celebrate Scouting’s long tradition of environmental stewardship.
Whether your unit is restoring habitats, improving trails, cleaning waterways, or planting native species, every project contributes to a shared goal: caring for the outdoors and inspiring others to do the same.
How It Works
Participating is simple:
Connect with a conservation organization in your area! Use our directory of partner groups or reach out to a local organization your unit already knows.
Plan a project together! Work with your partner organization to design a meaningful conservation activity appropriate for your Scouts.
Complete your project on June 13! Join units across the council in making a coordinated impact.
Share your story! Notify local media and share photos and updates so we can highlight your unit’s work.
Partner Conservation Organizations
We’ve connected with conservation groups throughout the council who are excited to work with Scouts. These organizations may have ready-to-go projects or ideas for collaboration. Units are also welcome to work with other local groups not listed here.
