Renewing for another year is two-fold! Member Renewal and Unit Renewal are now completely separate!
Scouting America offers an online charter renewal process for units and members. Recently, this process was moved to improve systems and increase speed and efficiency in processes. This is located at my.scouting.org under Organization Manager. In order for the system to work and to get access, a currently registered member of the Key 3 will need to log on to the system.
Units can decide whether the unit will renew (pay for) members or if each member will renew (pay for) themselves. The two documents below outline the steps for each process. Adults can view the steps by looking at the “Individual Registration Renewal” document.
Member Renewal
Units may choose whether to cover renewal fees for all members or have each member renew individually. The two documents below outline the steps for each process.
If someone has forgotten their my.scouting username or password and the reset function is not working, please have them contact either council office so we can assist with a reset. Do not create a new account.
